in Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Avon and
downtown Indianapolis area. Before joining Encore Sotheby's International
Realty, Deborah was affiliated with one of the top Indiana real estate
companies, where she was a multi-million dollar producer year after year.
Deborahs integrity and strong work ethic enabled her to be a recipient of
numerous awards including Top 30 in Indianapolis, Top 10 in the company, the
number one ranking in her office standings and top 5% in the United States.
Deborah prides herself in her strong family support with her husband of more
than 27 years, P.A. Nilhagen, and her six grandchildren: Alex, Sarah, Jacob,
Andrew, Rafael and Helio, as well as her six children: Melissa, Evan, Ryan,
Brad, Lee and Amanda. Deborah has sold over $100 million in real estate and is
considered a relocation specialist, an expert in first- time homebuyers, empty
nesters (baby boomers), lakeside and golf communities, downtown Indianapolis,
condos and single-family homes and new construction. When Deborah is not busy at
work, she enjoys yoga and pilates daily at the Five Seasons Sports & Tennis
Club, is current on all the featured films, attends numerous concerts, enjoys
Sunday night family dinners, as well as hosting various function for family,
friends and colleagues. Deborah and her husband have traveled to over 100
different countries, yet their favorite destinations now are visiting their
family in Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Marthas Vineyard, Florida, England, Thailand
and Sweden. Deborah and P.A. have been involved with NAMI (National Alliance for
the Mentally Ill) and have raised thousands of dollars on behalf of the voices
that cannot speak for themselves or their loved ones who suffer from mental
illness.
